The tools you will be using next include the jack (A) and
wheel wrench (B).
Removing the Flat Tire and
Installing the Spare Tire
1. Use the wheel wrench to begin loosening the
plastic wheel nut caps, if your vehicle is equipped
with wheel covers. Then you can finish loosening
them with your fingers.
2. Using the flat end of the wheel wrench, pry along
the edge of the wheel cover until it comes off.
3. Use the wheel wrench to loosen all the wheel nuts.
Do not remove them yet.
