WHEELS
• 15-inch styled steel wheels
are standard on both 2- and
4-Door models.
15-inch alloy wheels are optional
on both 2- and 4-Door models.
The spare tire is mounted on a
steel wheel.

• P195/75R-15 all-season steel-belted radial tires
are standard on 2WD Tracker models.
• P205/75R-15 all-season steel-belted radial tires
are standard on 4x4 models.
History

1990 — 4WD Tracker LSi 2-Door Convertible
introduced; automatic transmission optional
for all models.
1991 — 2WD Tracker 2-Door Convertible Tracker intro-
duced.
1992 — Automatic transmission and aluminum wheels
available on all models; new interior fabrics;
new instrument panel.
1994 — Optional new-design aluminum wheels; all-
season tires; new interior fabrics; Expressions
Package introduced.
1995 — Easy-opening convertible top; 1.6 liter, 16-valve
4-cylinder engine standard on 4WD models.
1996 — All-new 4-Door model; 1.6 liter, 16-valve MFI
engine standard on 2WD models; new grille,
fascia, moldings, hood design and instrument
panel; standard DRL; driver and front-passen-
ger air bags added.
1997 — Enhanced evaporative emissions system;
fold-and-stow rear bench seat standard on
2-Door models.
1998 — Tracker rebadged as a Chevrolet. 4-Door
LSi model discontinued. All 4-Door models
receive new options formerly available only
with the LSi model.
