USE NATURAL LANGUAGE VOICE
RECOGNITION FOR NAVIGATION
Natural language voice recognition allows you
to tell IntelliLink where you want to go in
everyday language.
To use voice recognition from the steering wheel
controls, press the “Push-to-Talk” button, listen for
the system response and the beep, then speak
one of the commands—“Destination Address,” or
“Destination Places of Interest,” or “Destination
Contact”—to begin a dialogue with the system.
Then, speak to the system using natural language:
• Address: “I want to go to 300
Renaissance Center”
• POI: “Find a gas station”
• Contact: “Take me to Peter Mitchell’s house”

ONSTAR TURN-BY-TURN NAVIGATION
An OnStar subscriber has the ability to connect to the OnStar system and ask
an OnStar Advisor to download a destination into the system. OnStar will send
address information and location coordinates of the destination into IntelliLink’s
navigation system.
