Form follows high-performance function.
The M3 Coupe’s carbon-ber roof reduces weight
and lowers the center of gravity, minimizing body roll
and enhancing grip through turns. (Note: not available
with optional moonroof, which requires a steel roof.)
Wheel-well extensions accommodate the M3’s wider
stance; the at underoor and rear spoiler lip improve
its aerodynamic efciency.
The M3 Sedan adds the convenience of two rear
doors, but gives up nothing in terms of performance.
M quad polished stainless-steel exhaust tips and 18"
M-style alloy wheels are standard; options such as
four exclusive M Metallic color choices, as well as
19" wheels further contribute to the M3’s daunting
appearance.
