entering into system program status. Then input relative parameter, after
finish that, press“#”to return system program status.

E: 0-1( Seek CO Line dialing out code. There’s two groups, one is dial
“9” to select CO Line, second is dial “3” to select CO Line: 0-only
allow one group dialing out, 1-allow two groups)
