The sample of the specifi ed insert text object will be
inserted into the object frame.
• When the number of text characters for the insert text
exceeds the length of the object frame, only text that
can be shown in the frame will be displayed.
• If the text is now shown in the frame, drag the frame
to change its size or change the font size.
• The font size can be changed with the text bar
when the object is selected.
• The sender and receiver information specifi ed in the
transmission screen will be inserted and sent during
the actual transmission.

About variable data with the item.
When the content is not inserted in the address book,
even if the form with the item is selected, the item is not
displayed.

About the variable data of the “To FAX
number” and the “To email address.”
Variable data in “To” fi eld will be either FAX number
or e-mail address.
When the transmission method is a fax, the fax
number is displayed.
When the transmission method is mail, the mail
address is displayed.
