Washing not well spun.
Residual water still vis-
ible in the drum.
Fault code

Drainage hose bent. Remove the bend.
Maximum pump head (outlet
head 1m from unit's floor
surface) exceeded.
Consult Customer Service.
They can supply a retrofit kit
as a special accessory for
delivery heads of more than
1m.
Solution pump blocked.
Switch off the unit and pull
out the mains plug. Clean
the solution pump.
If a siphon is connected:
Siphon blocked.
Clean the siphon.
The filling door cannot
be opened with the
unit switched on.
Door locked for safety rea-
sons (display DOOR/LIGHT,
DEUR/LICHT, PORTE/ ECLAIR.
is off).
Wait until the display DOOR/
LIGHT (DEUR/LICHT, PORTE/
ECLAIR.) lights up green.
The program saving function
is set.
Cancel the program saving
function (see section ”Pro-
gram saving”).
Washing detergent res-
idues form in the
washing detergent
drawer.
Water valve not fully opened. Open the water valve fully.
Filter in the screw connec-
tion of the intake hose on
the water valve or on the
unit is blocked.
Close the water valve.
Unscrew the intake hose
from the water valve and
from the unit and clean the
filter.
The rinsing water is
murky.
The cause is probably a
detergent with a high silicate
content.
No negative influence on the
rinsing result, possibly use
liquid detergent if necessary.
The corresponding dis-
play does not light up
when one of the addi-
tional program but-
tons is pressed.
The selected additional pro-
gram cannot be combined
with the set program.
Make another selection.
The program sequence
indicator flashes con-
stantly.
Program saving function
switched on; The program
selector was accidentally
readjusted during the wash-
ing cycle.
Turn the program selector
back to its original position
(see ”Program saving”).
