Delayed Start
It is possible to delay the start time of the programme for a pe-
riod of time between 1 and 24 hours.
1.After selecting the desired wash programme and any other
options, press the DELAYED START symbol.
2.Use the UP/DOWN arrows to select the moment at which
you wish the wash to begin. Press OK to confirm the selection.
3.If the START/PAUSE button is pressed, the display will show
a countdown figure and the text WAITING will appear.
4.When the set time has elapsed you will hear a long beep, the
programme will start and the time remaining until the comple-
tion of the programme will be shown on the display.
To modify the set time, press the DELAYED START symbol
again; use the UP/DOWN arrows to increase, reduce or reset
the delayed start function.
The Delayed Start function cannot be set once the wash
has been started.
Child safety lock
The keypad lock function can be activated when the dish-
washer is switched off or when a wash is in progress.
To lock the control panel, press the KEY symbol and press
OK to confirm the selection. A short beep will indicate its acti-
vation.
To unlock it, press the KEY symbol again and confirm by
pressing OK.
Demo mode*
If the text DEMO ON appears when the dishwasher is
switched on and alternates with the name of the wash, this
means that a demonstration programme has been activated.
To deactivate it, press the ON/OFF and UP ARROW symbols
in sequence.
The text DEMO OFF will appear on the display.
Washing options
The OPTIONS may be selected, modified or reset only af-
ter the wash programme has been chosen and confirmed us-
ing the OK symbol, and before the START/PAUSE symbol is
pressed.
Only the options which are compatible with the type of
wash programme selected will be shown on the display.
1.After selecting the programme and confirming it using OK,
press the OPTIONS symbol and the options MENU will appear
on the display.
2.Use the UP/DOWN arrows to select the desired option.
3.Press the OK symbol to confirm the selection.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 whenever you wish to select other op-
tions.
To exit the options menu press the OPTIONS symbol again.
Press START/PAUSE, a long beep indicates that the pro-
gramme has started.
Half load using the upper and lower racks
With the Half Load option, it is possible to select whether to per-
form the wash on the upper or lower rack. Once the option is
highlighted, press the OK symbol once or twice to select the
upper or lower rack respectively; if the OK symbol is pressed
three times the half load option is deselected.
Remember to load the selected rack only, and to reduce
the amount of detergent accordingly.
It is better to use powder detergent in this case.
This option is incompatible with the programme: Quick and
Duo Wash.
Tablets and Extra Dry
The TABLETS option, optimises washing and drying results.
The EXTRA DRY option, optimise the drying results.
The TABLETS option, once selected, remains stored for
successive washes unless it is deselected at a suitable mo-
ment.
If the TABLETS or EXTRA DRY option has been se-
lected, the total duration of the programme will increase.
The use of tablets is only recommended for models
which offer the TABLETS option.
This option is not recommended for use with wash cy-
cles which do not specify the use of multi-functional tab-
lets (see Table of options).
The Tablets option is incompatible with the programmes:
Soak and Guest Wash.
The Extra Dry option is incompatible with the programme:
Quick and Soak.
