Mobile units, baskets and
inserts
To ensure the proper function of mobile
units, baskets and inserts, they must be
checked daily. A checklist is supplied
with the machine.
Check the following points:

Are the rollers in the proper condition
and are they securely fixed in the
mobile unit/insert?

Is the mobile unit connection
correctly set and tightly screwed on?
– Are all spray jets, spray sleeves and
hose adapters tightly connected with
the mobile unit/insert?
– Are all spray jets, spray sleeves and
hose adapters unclogged so that the
wash water can flow through?
– Are covers and fasteners tightly
screwed on the spray sleeves?
If available:
–
Do the spray arms rotate freely?

Are the spray jets clogged? See

spray arms".
–
Are the magentic strips of the mobile
unit free of any metallic items?

Are the screws in the rail of the
