When you move the slider to the left, the application will retrieve less data at the
scheduled frequency.
When you move the slider to the right, the application will retrieve more data at the
scheduled frequency.
4. In the Status Out of Date section, you can set how many days may elapse before a printer is
highlighted for having an out of date status.
5. Click the Error / Warning Icons button to customize which status icons are associated with
which descriptions.
In the Define Error / Warning Icon popup, you may change the icon associated with
each status message. Click Save when you are finished.
