Removing the Installed Hard Drive
Carefully lay the computer on its side so that the open side faces up.
Important: Make sure the latch on the back panel is in the up position. When the latch is
down, the hard drives and carriers are locked in place and you will not be able to remove
them.
Locate the hard drive.
Pull the hard drive out of the drive bay.
