hardware you purchased, your registration status, or similar issues,
contact the Network Associates Customer Service department. The
department hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central time,
Monday through Friday.

Associates technical support staff needs some information about your
computer and software. Please have this information ready before you

• Sniffer product name and version number
• Computer brand and model
• Additional hardware or peripherals connected to your computer
• Operating system and version number(s)
• Network type and version, if applicable
• Contents of your AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS, and system
