The door is open.

While washing

This occurs when water is not drained because the interior temperature

does not fall below 55 ℃ although 30 minutes have passed.

▶ Check whether the cold and warm water supply hoses are connected

incorrectly.

▶ Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button to restart the operation.

While drying

This occurs when the inside temperature does not fall below 60 ℃

although 1 hour has passed after the drying has finished.

▶ Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button to restart the operation.

This occurs when the internal temperature of the drum is high.







This occurs when the [전원 (Power)] and [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)]

buttons are pressed many times consecutively. Usually, this occurs when

a child has played with them. Then ‘dE2’ is displayed and the washing

machine stops all operations





This may be a fault that should be serviced. Turn the washing machine off,

disconnect the power cord and then contact a Samsung service center.


