When both this password and login command are configured, users have to enter the password set by password
command to enter normal user mode on console.

Function:
Configure the level for the specified command, the no command restores the original level of the command.
Parameters:
mode: register mode of the command, ‘Tab’ or ‘?’ is able to show all register modes
<1-15> is the level, its range between 1 and 15
LINE: the command needs to be configured, it supports the command abbreviation
