Standby
To save energy, the dishwasher will
switch to Standby mode a few minutes
after the last time a button has been
pressed or a few minutes after the end
of the programme. The indicator lights
and the display, if applicable, will go
out and only the On/Off indicator K will
flash slowly.
^
To switch the indicators and display
back on again, press the On/Off
button K.
This will switch off Standby.
If the dishwasher is not switched off at
the end of the programme, it will switch
off completely after a few minutes in
Standby mode (see "Additional
functions, Optimise standby").
The dishwasher will not switch into
Standby mode whilst a programme
is running, if salt or rinse aid needs
to be replenished or there is a fault.
If you only use combination
products containing salt and rinse
aid in your dishwasher, you can
switch the refill indicators off so that
the dishwasher will go into Standby
despite a lack of salt or rinse aid
(see "Before using for the first time").
You cannot switch off fault
indicators.
At the end of the programme
^
Open the door slightly to check that
the programme has finished.
The indicator light next to the
programme selected goes out when the
programme has finished.
If the programme indicator light is
still flashing, the programme has not
yet finished. Close the door again to
allow the programme to finish.
The drying fan will continue to run
for a few minutes at the end of the
Quick wash programme.
You can now empty the dishwasher.
,
To prevent the risk of steam
damage to the worktop edging
above the dishwasher, it is
advisable to leave the door closed
until you are ready to unload the
crockery. Alternatively you can open
the door fully until the crockery is
cool enough to unload. Do not leave
the door only partially open.
