• Processing – Enhance booklet printing, background printing printer-based
electronic collation
• Job Accounting – Print job information
• Proof & Print – First copy of a job is printed then the job is held, giving users
the opportunity to review
• Print & Hold – All copies of a job sent to the printer are printed. The file is then
held in the HDD
• Stored Job – Job sent to printer is held without printing
• Secured Job – Job sent to printer is held without printing until the user
releases them with a 4-digit PIN via PageScope Web Connection or the front
panel
