4.2.2 Color Centro setup
Function overview
/ Color management
Color Centro is an application that enables efficient color management of the image controller through a
computer.
Color Centro supports the following seven types of functions.

No. Function Description
1 [Calibration] Enhances accuracy and stability of color printing. You can
create data to adjust a color shade by measuring the color
printing condition of this machine.
2 [Tone Curve Adjustment] Adjusts the color tone of an output image. You can adjust
brightness and contrast by controlling print density for in-
put density of each color of CMYK.
3 [Spot Color] Adjusts an output color for a spot color. You can register
and edit a spot color table that specific CMYK colors de-
fine spot colors.
4 [Alternative Color] Replaces a specific color with another one. You can regis-
ter and edit an alternative color table to replace a specific
RGB color with a specific CMYK color. You can also select
an alternative color from spot colors.
5 [Color Default Settings] Specifies default of color conversion settings of the image
controller. You can manually specify default of color set-
tings for RGB, CMYK, and others.
6 [Profile Management] Manages device profiles. You can copy, create, edit, im-
port, and export a profile.
7 [Color Configuration Management] Manages a set of various settings for color printing. You
can register and edit a color configuration and a profile set.
