To use the personal address book, log in to the machine. See chapter 2 in the Administrator’s Guide.
3 Enter destination.
Direct input
% Use the numeric keys to enter the fax number and press
[Enter].
Using the address book
% Press the desired destination.
% To use the address book, the fax number should be regis-
tered in advance. For details, see page 2-19.
4 Press <Start>.
% This step is not necessary when you have selected the
destination from the address book.
% If the document was set on the document glass, "Set next
document." will be displayed once the scan has been
completed. Press [Tx Start] to complete the operation, or
set the next document on the document glass and press
[Next Doc].
