Audi side assist including pre-sense rear. Aids the driver when changing lane. Audi side assist monitors the area behind
your car, using radar sensors located discreetly in the rear bumper, informing the driver with a visual warning signal in
the door mirror if there is a vehicle in their blind spot or approaching quickly from behind. The system is activated using
a button in the driver's door and works at speeds above 19mph. If a rear collision is sensed, the upper backrest and headrest
are adjusted automatically (where memory seats are fitted) to provide more protection. If Comfort front seats or Comfort
front Sports seats are also selected the pneumatic bolsters are filled to provide extra protection. In addition, the airbags are
pre-conditioned. Only available with electrically folding mirrors (6XL/F) and on Standard trim must also be combined with
electrically adjustable front seats (PV3 or PS8)

Speed limit display the current speed limit can be seen on the Driver's Information System (DIS). Should the camera
fail to see a sign properly, the speed limit from the data for the navigation system – if fitted – will be shown instead.
The specific advantages:
- Display of the speed limits currently registered, which can be called up in the Driver's Information System at any time
- Display can be called up in every instrument cluster view and in the head-up display (optionally available)
- Camera-based system is also capable of detecting temporary speed restrictions in roadworks and on digital displays
