Accelerated condition:
Mass inertia causes the seismic mass to be
deflected from its central position. The dis-
tance between the electrodes changes. As the
distance is reduced, the capacitance
increases.
In the example below, the capacitance of
capacitor C2 is greater than in rest condition,
whereas that of capacitor C1 decreases.
The supply voltage is provided by the pneu-
matic spring system’s control unit. The cur-
rent voltage values of body acceleration can
be read out by means of measured data
blocks.
