10. Slowly open the lter by turning it counter-
clockwise; wait until all the water has drained, then
unscrew the lter completely and remove it.
13. Reinsert the lter and screw it in clockwise
as far as it will go.
16. Plug in the washing machine. It is now
ready for operation again.
11. Only for draining residual water: tilt the
appliance forwards carefully (a second person must
help you) to allow the water to ow out completely.
14. Pour about 1 litre of water into the
detergent dispenser to reactivate the “Eco system”.
Check that the lter is inserted properly and
securely and no water comes out.
12. Only for cleaning the lter: clean the lter
and the lter chamber; check that the pump rotor in
the lter chamber moves freely.
15. Reinstall the plinth; if necessary, tilt the
washing machine slightly backwards for doing that
(a second person must help you).
7. Wait until all the water has drained, then rex
the stopper at the hose’s end.
8. Rex the strap at the end of the emergency
drain hose (if available) in the small opening.
9. Lay an absorbable cotton cloth (e.g. a towel)
on the oor in front of the lter.
