What should I do when the automatic safety system detects a malfunction?
The programme is interrupted and various indicators (depending on model) point to the source of the fault.

Water inlet fault (no or insufficient water
supply)
Switch off the washing machine by pressing the
“On/Off”
button and unplug it.
Check whether:
•
the water tap is fully turned on, and the water
supply pressure is sufficient.
•
the water inlet hose is kinked.
•
the mesh filter in the water inlet hose is blocked
(see “Care and maintenance”).
•
the water in the water inlet hose is frozen.
•
the washing machine has a safety hose and the
safety valve is open (red indicator in the safety
valve inspection window). In this case replace it
with a new safety hose.
Reconnect the washing machine.
Press the
“On/Off”
button to continue with the
programme (do not add detergent for this

Switch the washing machine off by pressing the
“On/Off“

“On/Off“
button is not
pressed, but the machine begins to fill, turn off
the water supply tap and contact After-Sales
