• When the appliance has a malfunction, a
red visual signal flashes on the floor be-
low the appliance door.
If the appliance is installed in height,
with a flush kitchen furniture door, the
visual signal does not show.
CONTROL PANEL
The controls are on the top on the con-
trol panel. To operate with the controls,
keep the appliance door ajar.

3h Hour indicator. It comes on when you set three hours for the delay start.
6h Hour indicator. It comes on when you set six hours for the delay start.
9h Hour indicator. It comes on when you set nine hours for the delay start.
Salt indicator. It comes on when it is necessary to fill the salt container.

After you fill the container, the salt indicator can stay on for some hours. This
does not have an unwanted effect on the operation of the appliance.
Multitab indicator. It comes on when you activate the function.
End indicator. It comes on when:
• The washing programme is completed.
• You adjust the level of the water softener.
• You activate or deactivate the rinse aid dispenser (only with the multitab func-
tion on).
• There is a malfunction of the appliance.
1) When the salt container is empty, the related indicator does not come on while a washing programme operates.
On/off button
Press this button to activate or deactivate
the appliance.
After ten minutes from the end of the wash-
ing programme, the Auto Off function auto-
matically deactivates the appliance. This
helps to decrease energy consumption.
Programme buttons
Press one of these buttons to set a wash-
ing programme. The related indicator
comes on. Refer to 'Washing programmes'.
Delay start button
Press this button again and again to delay
the start of the washing programme of 3, 6
or 9 hours. The related indicator comes on.
