What to do, when ...
Try to rectify minor faults on the dishwasher with the
aid of the instructions given here. If you call in cus-
tomer service to resolve one of the malfunctions
listed here, or rectify an error made in the operation
of the appliance, the customer service engineer’s visit
is not free of charge, even during the period of guar-
antee.
...warning tones indicate a fault in the dishwasher.
• If the multi-display indicates the fault code (2 or
the
v,or O indicator illuminates, you can
probably rectify the fault yourself. Following rectifi-
cation of a (2 fault and
v indicator fault, press
the button for the wash programme that has been
started. The wash programme continues. If the
fault code is displayed again, contact customer
service.
• For all other faults that are indicated, please con-
tact customer service stating the fault code.

repeated:
no water is running into the
dishwasher.
Water tap is either blocked or obstructed
by limescale.
Clean tap.
Water tap is turned off. Turn on the tap.
The filter (where present) in the threaded
hose fitting is blocked.
Clean the filter in the threaded hose
fitting.
The water inlet hose is connected
wrongly.
Check hose installation.
The programme indicator
for the selected programme
is flashing, the multi-display
is indicating the fault code
(2 and 2 warning tones
can be heard that are con-
tinually repeated.
The sink outlet is blocked. Clean the sink outlet.
The water drain hose is connected
wrongly.
Check hose installation.
The multi-display is indicat-
ing the fault code (3 and
3 warning tones can be
heard that are continually
repeated.
The anti-flood system has been triggered.
Turn off the water tap and contact cus-
tomer service.
During a wash programme
the
O indicator illumi-
nates at irregular intervals
and 1 longer warning
tone can be heard at the
same time.
The middle spray arm is jammed.
Open the door carefully. Hot steam
can escape when the door is opened.
There is a risk of scolding! Place the
dishes and cutlery in the lower basket
in such a way that the middle spray
arm can rotate freely. Close the door
of the dishwasher
