Note: It is recommended to replace the ozone filter each time the toner cartridge
is replaced. To replace the ozone filter:
a. Make sure the printer is off.
b. Open the fan cover located on the left side of the printer (Fig. 4).
c. Pull the filter out of the printer.
d. Install the new filter.
e. Close the fan cover.
Also, it is recommended to clean the transfer charger wire (located on the photo-
conductor unit) each time the toner cartridge is replaced. Refer to the printer
manual for additional instructions.
