6 Answering Machine
The answering machine can store up to 59 messages. T he maxi-
mum total recording time i s 11 minutes. When there is no memory
capacity available to record new messages, no further messages
are recorded.
Main menu
Press the ¢ button to open the main menu of the answering
machine. New messages are played. The answering machine can
then be controlled using the buttons on the handset. Pay attention
to the vocal operating guidance.
Button Functions
2 Play all the messages
3 Play the new messages
4 Play message again
2x4 Play the previous message
5 Delete messages / Delete the message during
playback
6 Play the next message
7 Answering machine on/off
8 Open the Outgoing Message menu (refer to 32)
9 Change the PIN code (default setting: 000),
new PIN *, confirm #
0 Set the weekday (refer to 32)
* Set the answer delay before a call is answered
(refer to 33)
