INSTALLATION ON A GLASS DOOR
(WITHOUT WOODEN FRAME)
You may refer to the 2 alternatives as shown below to install FingerTec® reader
on glass door without wooden frame.
Alternative 1
Construct a wooden panel at the glass door entrance for mounting FingerTec®
reader, wiring and other accessories.
The wooden panel is
constructed at the side
of the glass door so
that FingerTec®
reader can be mounted
on the wooden panel.
The connection wires
are hidden in the
wooden panel.
The reader is
mounted on the
wooden panel.
You may also add in the wooden panel on the other side of the glass door for
mounting the push release button and the emergency break glass.
