Racking Configuration
Disperse your bottles evenly throughout the unit so as not to concentrate weight in any one area. This also helps to
provide an even temperature range throughout the unit. Make sure that bottles are not all grouped together either at
the top or bottom of the cabinet. Never try to pull out more than one shelf at a time as it can cause the appliance to tip
forward.
The Allavino Wine Cellar has sturdy hardwood shelves
that can be extended or taken out for easy loading or
unloading. It has 3 shelves that will hold up to 7 standard
750ml wine bottles each. The top shelf can hold up to 12
standard size bottles or be used for oversized bottle
storage. The bottom shelf can also be used for oversize
bottle storage or to store up to 11 standard size bottles,
affording you easy access to up to 44 of your favorite
bottles. The overall bottle capacity will vary depending
upon the size of your bottles. Large diameter bottles will
reduce the capacity.
This wine cellar features hardwood shelves that extend
to make loading and unloading bottles quick and easy.
When the shelf is extended, stoppers on the cellar’s
cabinet will prevent the shelf from coming any further
forward. To remove an empty shelf from the cellar, line
the notches in the shelf with the stoppers, tip the front
of the shelf down slightly to lift it up over the stopper,
and pull the shelf all the way out. Do not use this
method to fully remove a loaded shelf from the unit, as it
may cause the bottles to fall off the shelf and break.
