3.1 Door lock (A2) does not lock
Symptom
The door latch hits the locking mechanism when pushing into the door lock (A2).
Cause
The locking mechanism is locked, with the door open.
Remedy
A Open the door lock (A2) manually, refer to Door lock (A2) – Open manually,

A Check the function of the door lock (A2).
