Washing is not well
spun. Residual water is
still visible in the drum.
Fault code
(2 appears.
Drainage hose bent. Remove the bend.
Maximum pump head (drain-
age height 1m from the floor
under the unit) is exceeded.
Contact your customer serv-
ice. For pumping heights
over lm he can offer you a
conversion kit as a special
accessory.
Solution pump blocked.
Switch off the unit and pull
out the mains plug. Clean
the solution pump.
If a siphon is connected: Si-
phon blocked.
Clean the siphon.
The door cannot be
opened when the unit
is switched on.
Door locked for safety re-
asons (display DOOR/LIGHT
not illuminated from be-
hind).
Wait until DOOR/LIGHT is il-
luminated green from be-
hind.
The program saving function
is set.
Cancel the program saving
function (see "Program Sav-
ing").
The washing machine is in
Stand-by mode.
Press the button DOOR/
LIGHT again.
Remnants of detergent
are building up in the
detergent drawer.
Water tap not fully opened. Open the water tap fully.
Filter in the screw connec-
tion of the intake hose on
the water tap or on the unit
is blocked.
Close the water tap. Unscrew
the intake hose from the wa-
ter tap and from the unit.
Clean the filter.
The rinsing water is
murky.
The cause is probably a de-
tergent with a high silicate
content.
No negative impact on the
rinsing results, possibly use
liquid detergent.
No illumination when
pressing an additional
program.
The selected additional pro-
gram cannot be combined
with the set program.
Make another selection.
Only END is illuminated
from behind.
The washing machine is in
Stand-by mode.
