5. Replace the pump cover. Laterally insert
the webs on the cover into the guide
slots and screw on the cover in a clock-
wise direction.
6. Close the emergency emptying hose and
place it in the holder.
7. Close the flap.
Additional Rinse +Á (RINSE+)
The washing machine is set for extremely economical water consump-
tion. However, for persons who suffer from allergies, it can be helpful
to rinse with more water.

If +Á (RINSE+) is set, an additional rinse is carried out with the pro-
gram t (COTTONS/LINEN), } (EASY CARES)/<(EASY IRON) and
à (DELICATES).
No additional rinse is set when the unit is delivered.
Set additional rinse:
1. Turn the program selector to t (COTTONS/LINEN), } (EASY CARES)/
<(EASY IRON) or à (DELICATES) with any temperature.
2. Keep the k (PRE WASH) and ] (QUICK) buttons pressed simultane-
ously for at least 2 seconds. +Á (RINSE+) lights up on the program
sequence display. The additional rinse is set. It remains saved until you
cancel it again.

Water consumption is increased due to the additional wash cycle.
Cancel additional rinse:
1. Again turn the program selector to t (COTTONS/LINEN), }(EASY
CARES)/<(EASY IRON) or à (DELICATES).
2. Keep the k (PRE WASH) and ] (QUICK) buttons pressed simultane-
ously for at least 2 seconds. +Á (RINSE+) goes out on the program
sequence display. The additional rinse is cancelled.
