4-3-4 Demilitarized Zone (DMZ)
Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) refers to a special area in your local network.
This area resides in the local network, and all computers in this area use
private IP addresses, too. However, these private IP addresses are mapped to
a certain Internet IP address, so other users on the Internet can fully access
those computers in DMZ.
Please follow the instructions to set DMZ parameters:
Please click ‘General Setup’ at the top of web management interface and
click ‘Firewall’ on the left hand column. Choose ‘DMZ’.
Enable DMZ (1): Check this box to enable DMZ function, uncheck this box to
disable DMZ function.
Public IP You can select ‘Dynamic IP’ or ‘Static IP’ here.
