USING YOUR PHONE BOOK
Using your phone book
You can store, alphabetically, up to 200 names and their phone numbers in
your phone book. To quickly find a phone book entry, simply enter the first letter
of the name you’ve stored.
How to use the keypad when using your phone book
You’ll see that the keys on your keypad have letters as well as numbers. If you
press a chosen key a number of times it’ll show you all the numbers and letters
it represents.
Here are some keys you may find useful when entering phone numbers in your
phone book:
• press for a space
• enter special characters with or
• press to delete a number or letter you’ve entered
• press the key to change from upper case (e.g. ABC) to lower case (e.g.
abc)
Note: each phone book entry allows for up to 16 letters for any name and up
to 24 digits for any phone number.
Important: please remember to also enter the area code for each phone
number you enter in your phone book.
