9. Warranty
(a) CANDY is covered by the manufacturer’s
2-year limited parts and labor warranty from the
original date of purchase when purchased new.
Warranty term for the battery is 6 months.
(b) Warranty does not cover any problems due to
improper use, damage or abuse whether intentional
or unintentional by the user or disassembly of the
unit by any unauthorized person.
