CONNECTION
C onne ct the c old wate r supply hose t o a t hreaded 3/4 (inch ) connect or and make sure
t hat it is f astened tight ly in place.
I f the w at er pipe s ar e n ew or have no t been used for an ext ended period of t ime , let the
w ater r un to make sure that t he w at er is clear. This p re caution is needed to avoid the
r isk of t he w ater in let to be blocked an d damage th e a ppliance.
Th e wa ter s uppl y to the app liance ca n a lso be co nn ected to th e ho use hold hot water
line (s uch as, centra l system, he ating sy st em),as lon g as it does not e xce ed a
temper ature of 60 C. In this case , th e w ash cycle tim e wil l be shor tened b y abo ut 1 5
minutesand the wash efficiency slightly reduced.
Th e co nnecti on must be ma de to the hot water lin e fo llowi ng the same proce dures as
described i nthe sec tion for the c onnection to the cold water line.

Positioning the Appliance
How to Drain Excess Water From Hoses
If the s ink is 100 0 h igher from t he floor, t he exces s wa ter i n ho ses cannot b e dr ained di re ctly
into the sink. It will be necessary to d rain excess water from hoses into a bowl o r suitable
conta iner that is hel d ou tside and lower than the sink.
Water Outlet
Connectthe water d rain hose. The drain hose must be correctly fitted to avoid water leaks.

Syphon Connection

fromthe bottom of the dish. The water drain hose should be fixed by a hose clip.
