Troubleshooting
Empty the ice tray. (page 59)

Clean the inside of the compartments and allow
to dry by leaving the doors open for 2 ~ 3 days.

During a power outage……
After power turns back on…
Refrain from adding foods and opening/closing doors.
The LCD panel will be restored to its factory settings.
Set the clock (page 28) and set the temperature settings, etc.

Contact the Sharp Service Center to request a
replacement compartment bulb. The compartment
bulb is not to be removed other than by qualified
service personnel.

Refrigerator does not cool well
Cooling capability may decrease in the case the weather is especially hot.
There is build-up of condensation on the
outside or the inside of the refrigerator
There will be condensation build-up when the surrounding humidity increases.
Ice making takes much time
Ice cubes are sometimes not made when the temperature of the automatic ice maker
rises. Avoid opening the doors frequently or leaving them open for a long time.
● Following sounds are normal
● This is a malfunction.
Sound of water flowing (also bubbling and spurting sounds)
This is the sound of refrigerant flowing. (Sound may be loud at times)
Moaning machinery sound that lasts for about 20 ~ 30 seconds
This is the sound of the automatic ice maker releasing ice or supplying water.
Contact the Sharp Service Center for repair.
Set key lock to ON. (60 page)
* The buzzer will sound again after about 2 days.
The buzzer sound can be temporarily stopped.
If key lock is already set to ON, set to OFF and back to ON again.
The door-open buzzer will not stop. (When all doors are closed)
