System Update
[Software Update Mode]
Used to set the software update mode.
- Automatic: upgrade automatically in standby
overnight.
- Manual: If the device is needed to update, the user
can decide whether to allow updates.
[Search for New Software]
Used to search for a new version of the
software and upgrade to it.
- If a new version of the software has been detected,
select download. The device will reboot in order to
download the software.
- If a recording is in progress or about to start,
software updates are denied.
[Network Scan Mode]
Used to set the network scan mode.
- Automatic: Scan for new channels automatically in
standby overnight.
- Manual: If the device is needed to scan, the user
can decide whether to scan for new channels.
