DocIndex settings
You can register DocIndex settings. Up to 20 can be registered.

Click [Admin Login] in Message Board, and log in (page 1-7).
This function may also be available on Guest and User login screen, depending on user policy
settings.

Click [Machine Mgmt. Settings], and then [
DocIndex Settings].

Click [Add].

Specify the detailed DocIndex settings.
Set the detailed information.
Setting Description Settings
Number The smallest free number is automatically entered.
You can change it to a number of your choice.

Setting Set to whether to enable or disable the DocIndex
setting.
ON: Enable
OFF: Disable
Setting
Name
Enter the name of the DocIndex setting. 30 characters
Login Setting If you perform a login when using DocIndex,
information for the logged in user is included in the
DocIndex output file.
If you set “ON”, the login screen is displayed when
using DocIndex.

Tag Setting By clicking [Tag Setting] in the “DocIndex
Configuration” screen, a new window opens to
display the “Tag Setting Registration” screen.
