Phonebook Add Entry Menu
You can access the Phonebook Add Entry menu by selecting Add Entry from the Phonebook menu.

Phonebook Group Search Menu
You can access the Phonebook Group Search menu by selecting Group Search from the Phonebook
menu.
Use the keypad to enter a letter. The list automatically scrolls to the appropriate place
in the phonebook.
The fax numbers for the group entries are shown. The number of groups listed depends
on the number of groups specified on your printer.
Phonebook Edit Group Menu
You can access the Phonebook Edit Group menu by pressing Menu when a speed dial number is
highlighted in the Phonebook Group Search .
