Press Select to print the phonebook stored on your printer.
Phonebook Name Search Menu
You can access the Phonebook Name Search menu by selecting Name Search from the Phonebook menu.
Use the keypad to enter a letter. The list automatically scrolls to the appropriate place in
the phonebook.
The names for the speed dial entries are shown. The number of speed dials listed
depends on the number of speed dials specified on your printer.

You can access the Phonebook Number Search menu by selecting Speed Dial Search from the
Phonebook menu.
Use the keypad to enter a number. The list automatically scrolls to the appropriate place
in the phonebook.
The fax numbers for the speed dial entries are shown. The number of speed dials listed
depends on the number of speed dials specified on your printer.
Phonebook Edit Entry Menu
You can access the Phonebook Edit Entry menu by pressing Menu when a speed dial number is
highlighted in either the Phonebook Number Search or Phonebook Name Search menus.
