Control concept for special operating conditions
Cornering
Suspension adaptation is interrupted during
cornering manoeuvres and continued after-
wards.
The system recognises that cornering is tak-
ing place by means of the signals from the
steering angle and lateral acceleration send-
ers.

The damping forces are adapted to suit the
current driving situation.
This effectively eliminates undesirable body
movements (e.g. rolling) caused by the driv-
